The Mang Den pig breed of the indigenous people (Field Pig) is a type of pig raised by the people in a natural grazing style. Field pigs have thin skin but very little fat, the meat is fragrant, sweet, firm and very nutritious. The largest one when fully grown is less than 20kg. Pigs are cleaned and their organs are removed; Then marinated with spices are ingredients from compressed mountains and forests, coriander, coriander root, lemongrass, chili from Mang Den mountains and forests. Roast the whole pig over charcoal fire until the skin is golden and crispy, emitting a delicious aroma.
